BGR Logistics Collaborates with INKA

Surabaya, January 18, 2019 - PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) or BGR Logistics, a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) logistics service provider signs a memorandum of understanding with PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) or INKA about utilization of company resources.
 
The signing of the memorandum of understanding was carried out directly by the President Director of BGR Logistics, M. Kuncoro Wibowo, and INKA President Director, Budi Noviantoro, and witnessed by Director of Finance, HR and General BGR Logistics, Mohammad Affan, and INKA Director of Technology and Commercial, Agung Sedaju .
 
In the memorandum of understanding, later BGR Logistics and INKA, will be able to carry out synergies that can benefit both parties. "We hope that this MoU is the beginning of a synergy that can be carried out by BGR Logistics with INKA," Kuncoro explained.
 
Furthermore, Kuncoro revealed that many things could be used by INKA from services owned by BGR Logistics. Namely like logistics services to help door to door service, shipping goods in the form of containers in the station to station pattern, as well as import and loading and unloading services at the port.
 
After the signing of the memorandum of understanding, it will be followed up with a cooperation agreement between BGR and INKA to arrange more details regarding the cooperation that will be carried out.
 
For additional information, BGR Logistics is a state-owned logistics service provider that has integrated logistics services, ranging from distribution, warehousing, freight forwarding, collateral management service, to waste logistics services.

Meanwhile INKA's Director, Budi Noviantoro, revealed that this was a joint effort to run the BUMN synergy. He also added that INKA products can be shipped by land and sea. "If we have a cooperation contract later, we have to run it," explained Budi.
