QUALITY, SAFETY, & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY
PT BGR LOGISTIK INDONESIA, as a logistics company, continues to strive to maximize sustainable corporate governance by improving the performance of its Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) through :
1. Preventing workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, damage to work equipment, property, and environmental pollution through the control of occupational safety and health risks and the management of their environmental impacts.
2. Meeting customer and stakeholder satisfaction as the company's primary objective.
3. Implementing the Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and Environmental Management System consistently, thoroughly, and sustainably, as well as providing consultation and building active participation with all employees.
4. Complying with Quality, OHS, and Environmental regulations and requirements in all operational activities, as well as continuously improving environmental performance and employee awareness.
5. Achieve performance targets set periodically in accordance with KPIs and performance targets related to Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and the Environment.
6. Establish environmentally friendly programs through pollution prevention, control of negative impacts on the environment, and conservation and efficient use of natural resources.
7. Providing competent human resources, operational equipment resources, and ensuring the implementation of routine inspections and testing in accordance with applicable regulations, work methods, and safe working conditions.
