Support UMKM Partners, BGR Logistics Prepare the Art Shop in Kota Tua Jakarta

As a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) or currently known as BGR Logistics is also present to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) actors. Through the Partnership and Community Development program (PKBL), BGR Logistics is building a BGR Logistics Art Shop located at BGR Logistics head office. The BGR Logistics Art Shop is planned to start operating on March 4, 2019.

The construction of the BGR Logistics Art Shop is an effort by the company to help fostered partners to market their business commodities, especially commodities related to crafts. The strategic location of the BGR Logistics Art Shop, which is located in the Old City area of ​​Jakarta, is believed to be able to help fostered partners to expand their market share, both to local tourists and foreign tourists. This is expected to be able to make foster partners who are independent and productive, so as to have a positive impact on improving the welfare of the fostered partners.

The effort of BGR Logisitics in running PKBL is a form of commitment of corporate social responsibility to the community. Throughout 2018 BGR Logisitics has assisted 37 trained partners. Where every year there is an increase in the amount of funding for the program.

In 2018, BGR Logistics has conducted a Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) in several regions in Indonesia. BGR Logistics' partners comprise MSMEs in the fields of industry, trade, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, other business services. The total value of distribution to fostered partners in 2018 amounted to Rp 1.69 billion. This PKBL program is a concrete form of BGR LOGISTICS's commitment to concern for stakeholders, which are primarily fostered partners and the general public.
